Step 1
You can make an index.html page for your site using the HTML tutorial on this site or you can use an online editor provided by your Host.
Step 2
  • Go to www.topcities.com and click on the Manager button.

  • Select Base directory and click Go

  • Scroll down and click Browse.

  • Find your HTML file and click

  • When you want to edit your file you can click the edit icon

  • Make your changes then click

  • To return to your Base directory click

  • I suggest your make a folder for your images. To do this type images in the text box and click Create new.


  • To open the folder click on the icon and then upload your images using the Browse button
